Free Shipping Policy
Shipping is free on all orders above Rs 1500/- only at Buzzlingbabyshop.com. Offer valid in India only! We aim to provide fast and free shipping service to all our customers. However shipping rates and delivery time for international destinations vary based on location and product weight and size. Hence shipping to any destination outside India will be charged an additional shipping fee. Shipping Charges would be applicable on Strollers, Prams, Walkers & any heavy weight items

Q) How do we deliver products?
We aim at delivering products within 2- 10 working days! Products are delivered by courier. Delivery of products depends on the availability of products. However shipping may be delayed in case
• There is a payment delay or problem
• You provide incorrect billing/shipping address
• Product is out of stock (We will contact you with an alternative product choice or inform delay shipping in case of product availability)
• Any unavoidable circumstances
Q) What if my order is not delivered?
If the product is not delivered within 10 working days and you do not hear from us for the same then we will refund you your shopping amount along with a complimentary gift (Conditions apply! )

Q) How can I track my order?
Tracking your order is simple! When we ship your order we will email you with your shipping and tracking information. You can log in your tracking details on the shipping carriers website and know your order status. Q) If you are not there to receive the order
In case you are not available to receive the product, shipping carrier will leave a message. You will be delivered the product again. In case of repeated miss outs the product will be returned to us.
Q) What if I receive a broken or defective item?
If you receive broken or defective item you should be informed us via e-mail within one day on receipt of delivery of goods. We will then replace the product in 10 working days.
Lost in transit/ cancellation of order
Q) How to cancel an order?
In receipt of purchased orders BuzzlingbabyShop.com shall, in due course (depending on the mode of payment) dispatch the Product to the Customer. Any request for cancellations of orders once duly placed on the Site, shall not be entertained. If the product is out of stock then you will be eligible to receive refund on application after 10 to 15 working days.
Q) If the order is lost in transit?
We will deliver the same order to you. Please know that the order processing will take a while and you will receive within ten working days on approval of lost transit product application. However in processing time, if the product is unavailable or out of stock please cooperate with us for a choice of an alternative product or the delay of an out of stock product.
